NEVER GROOMED
Badger is one of the cool gladed trails in the Outback area. This is wide open as far as glades are concerned and is great for the advanced skier or boarder who wants tree skiing without being too tight. There is a small corridor all the way top to bottom but I think it’s more fun to go to the tighter sections off the run. It widens at the end. There are places that do get tight though... always ski with a partner is these parts. If low on snow, this is about the only time this isn’t great. It can get icy by Colorado standards. But on a powder day, this is one of the best trails anywhere and can be compared to the famous Steamboat trails that get so much press!
