Corner Chute is probably the last trail to open at A-Basin if it opens at all. This will most likely happen later in the spring when the conditions are right and there is at least an 80 inch base. This is very steep, very exposed, and not easy to get to. I’ve never seen anyone access this from the top but have been told it has happened. Most likely you are going to have to post hole from the east wall traverse and make your way up. You’ll be rewarded with very steep and chute like powder turns with lots of rock bands. You don’t want to fall here!
