Bierstadt is the longest of the tree glades on the skier’s left side of Montezuma Bowl and offer many different lines to get down. Some are tight, some aren’t so tight. You will usually find nice snow here as most drop in earlier and sometimes it holds powder here a couple of days after a storm. But some know this so get here earlier if you can. Always ski or ride with a partner as tree skiing is dangerous and you’ll need to keep your head up! Watch out for branches and other obstacles that make this a little hard for the advanced intermediate and up.
